Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Everlob Ventures LLC (“Everlob Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the website at www.everlob.com (the “Site”).
This policy covers the Site only. Our consumer brand websites, including www.everbeet.com, publish their own privacy policies that apply to those sites and to any purchases made through them.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us
If you contact us — for example, by using the contact form on the Site or by emailing hello@everlob.com — we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message. We ask that you not send sensitive personal or financial information through these channels.
The contact form on this Site works by opening a pre-filled message in your own email application. When it is used this way, the Site itself does not store your message; your message reaches us as ordinary email. If we later change the form so that submissions are sent to a form-processing service, we will update this policy to describe that service.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site is delivered by a third-party hosting provider that automatically records standard technical information when a page is requested. This information can include your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you request, referring URLs, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard technical data such as cached files, and our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect the Site. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide an appropriate notice or choice.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to Do Not Track signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
Website analytics
We may use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand aggregate usage of the Site, such as which pages are viewed and general traffic volumes. If and when analytics are in use, they are used to improve the Site and not to build advertising profiles. This policy will identify any analytics provider we adopt.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, messages, and business or partnership requests.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, or fraud.
- To comply with applicable law and to establish or defend legal claims.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information in limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the Site and our business — such as website hosting, domain services, and email — may process information on our behalf.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Everlob Ventures, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If Everlob Ventures is involved in a reorganization, merger, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Data retention
We keep correspondence and related information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records, and then delete it or retain it as required by law.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit information through the Site. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@everlob.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state or national privacy laws, including the right to request details about the personal information we hold and to request its deletion. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site links to other websites, including our brand website at everbeet.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites we do not operate. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
International visitors
Everlob Ventures LLC is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that information related to your visit may be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
